It looks like we will be leaving here at 8AM to go to College Park for Parents Weekend. Andrew has a band competition Saturday afternoon so we will unfortunately miss that and he can't go to UMD. Then Sunday, Andrew turns 16. So, I may not be here much this weekend.

I just made SB's CRT PS for Friday, January 7th at 9:25. She couldn't call this morning since she's on the road for the wedding. I'm going back to bed now. I've done my good deed for the day!

Good morning

E....I have the same stuffy head from allergies too. Makes me crazy, but it usually clears up within about an hour or so.

I have to work today (11-3) and tomorrow (12-4). If the rumors are true, these will be my last 2 days as an actual Disney CM. It sounds like I might be a Children's Place employee next week.

We dont know. The most recent thing I heard is that the papers are being signed on Monday. THe store managers are all in California next week, supposedly with TCP people, for their annual meeting. I guess we will get all the scoop when they get back.

Some of the rumors include
no park discounts
limited park discounts
park discounts until the end of the year
park discounts only for store managers
no more free passes twice a year
option to purchase severly discounted annual pass
30% discount at TDS and TCP
no direct payroll deposit until after the 1st of the year (aggravating)
bi-weekly pay instead of weekly

basically we have no clue what is going to happen. But if the latest grumblings are true, we should have all the details at the end of next week.

It will suck to lose my park discounts, but I guess its not really the end of the world. Ill just have to look for codes, etc.
I will miss the CM backstage stores. At least I got to see them once.
I do like the idea of a 30% store discount, but long time CM's are getting the shaft...they currently get 35% and will be losing on this one.
