Guess what Angels?

It was 14 years ago today that Mrs. AA and I got married. That one lapse in judgment on her part has made me a very happy man.

We are hosting a birthday party for her grandmother Saturday afternoon, but after that we are hitting the road.

We've made arrangements for someone to keep the girls Saturday night and Sunday night. I'm off work Monday for Columbus Day.

We don't know where we are going yet, but we are getting out somewhere; it's very rare that we do anything like this but she needs a break.

We'll probably go to Atlanta since it is only 3 hours away. Any suggestions?

as for me I am home between school jobs. Im also waiting for the doctor to call me back. He offered me some prescription samples yesterday and I refused them thinking I had a full refill at home. No refill anywhere in my house, so I want to run up there and get the samples to hold me over until the mail-order stuff comes in.

Bethany I can't say thank u enough G is in love with his costume and I just found out that he's going to be invited to a costume party after halloween (2 birds one stone!!) w00t!

Btw disney just sent me an email saying their costumes were 40%off (of course it did not include the one I bought!! lol)

G's home today, he didn't feel well this morning and I think he decided to take a day off...and with our schedule lately I can hardly blame him. He's kinda acting puny but he's not running a feaver or anything. He requested double noodle soup (one of his sick foods) and is now in my bed watching Thomas The Tank movie. I have to admit it's kinda nice just hanging out today lol

I think I'm going to go snuggle up with him and maybe catch a nap lol

It's funny, snakes don't creep me out, nor do crocs.... I have held, played with and taken care of snakes before (not my own, but I've known many who have), but plant me right next to a 1/4" spider and I will freak out!
Stupid how one teeny thing can get me more than others like that

Star, the only time I've been to Atlanta was to change planes as well. I heard it is a nice city though I kind of wish I could head somewhere warm for our anniversary this weekend, but since I bowed out of a chance to go to Chicago, no way could I go somewhere further.

Tell G to feel better soon, Star! I'm planning a big pot of chicken and dumplings here. It's our ultimate comfort food and the way David felt before school, I figure he'll need it. I've got my fingers crossed that he'll be better this afternoon. At least he can sleep in tomorrow. We're out Thursday, Friday and Monday. He just has to march at Thursday night's game.

LK, until my old computer died and was replaced with a "faster" (actually more pathetic) computer with a bad sound card I used to listen to that all the time at work!!! I loved some of the things just like the TTC monorail bit and the ride music.

Missy, somehow I am very glad I am clueless on that song I have to admit as well, that even the fake spider stuff freaks me out... that's the only thing I hate about Halloween
