Day Four

We had made plans the day before that we would try to make a run for Crush's coaster this morning. DM had decided to spend
the morning at the villa and kindly offered to babysit DS 4m do we could fit in lots of roller coaster type rides.

So DB and DD's and I headed for the parks on the 9.20 bus. We arrived at disney for 9.30 and headed to Salon Mickey

This was my first experience of Salon Mickey and I was well impressed. DD's thought this part of part of our trip was really cool. After a cappuchino and some fresh pastries we left at around 9.50 and walked briskly
to the studios.

The queue for crush seemed busy but as we hadnt done it before we had no idea how long the queue was once it went inside. We decided to go for it, and waited 45 mnutes. It really was a fantastic ride, but I wouldn't normally queue this long for anything.

Still we passed the time telling jokes, and planning what rides we wanted to do over the next few hours, as we had agreed to be back at the villa around lunch time.

After Crush we rode TOT twice and R&R 3 times, before making our way to the disneyland park. I had discovered a huge love for the thrill rides, my DD's watched in amazement as I suggested
trying space mountain after collecting fast passes for Buzz.

This again was fabulous. DD7 was not tall enough to ride much to her disappointment. She has a heart like a lion, and bravely declared to the CM she was not in the least afraid and had been riding coasters all morning.
But the CM agreed that although she was a brave little girl she would have to wait until she had grown a little more.

To placate her we promised to do Buzz next, and arranged a baby switch for space mountain. Having never done baby switch
before I was surprised how easy this was to organise and it will be something that come in really handy on our next
trip when DM (our regular babysitter) is not there.

Space mountain was great and again I really enjoyed it being a thrill ride, because I usually hate these type of rides I momentarily
wondered was I having a mid life crisis, while everyone was screaming, I was laughing more than I had ever laughed before.

We then headed over to Buzz, this was also a new ride for me, I did find it a bit slow, (probably after all the coasters) but DB & DD's really loved it
and DB's competitiveness was hilarious to watch. I had accepted a bet from both girls for 2 Euro that I would get higher score, this of course left me obligated to let them win as I could'nt spoil it for them or take their money.
This was my excuse anyway and needless to say both left in profit with DB having a score 10 times more than
any of us!!

After this it was BTM we done this twice getting fast pass tickets first and then queuing. We then headed back to the
villa for lunch and the rest of our group.

Rested and refreshed we headed back to the park to watch the parade which was amazing. DM and Dsis commented on how clean all the characters looked. We watched from the bottom of main street and had a perfect view. I lifted DS 4m up to watch and at one point I swear he was waving and laughing.

We then headed to Plaza Gardens for the buffet, which
was very tasty, particularly the desserts. Next up was the Lion King, We arrived minutes before it started and had to stand.
DD's managed to sit by the rope and had a good view.

We really enjoyed this however mext time I will leave alot more time
for getting there, and try to ignore the distractions. When we came out, it was absolutely pouring down, so after a quick
stop at the baby centre we headed back home. This had been a fantastic day and I had felt we acomplished alot.

My feet were aching from all the mileage today so I headed up to the Jacuzzi with DD's and Dsis. This was heaven and the perfect finish to a perfect day.

What a lovely day :goodvibes that jacuzzi sounds like heaven at the end of a long day. :cloud9:

It is very easy to get distracted at DLP! :lmao:

lovely day... I could have done with the jacuzzi at the end of each day...
