He gave a speech here at work last year and I went. He's very charming, well spoken, and intelligent. He took time afterwards to speak to people that hung around instead of being whisked away like most of the speakers do. I thought that spoke volumes about the kind of person he is.

I still remember seeing him on Channel One every morning during school. It was always strange since whenever there was a warzone or turmoil in the world, Anderson would always be sent. This was also around the time that Serena Altschul (MTV) and Lisa Ling were on the show.

I wondered if Anderson was doing a book signing tour since he hasn't been on AC360 for the past few days.....

I hope he does a book signing here in Canada someday soon....I would love to see him in person.

Did anyone else read the book cover to cover without putting it down? I stayed up 'til the wee hours of the morning....because I found Anderson's writing just kinda grabbed me and I couldn't put the book down....I also bought the book on CD because I saw that it was read by Anderson.... I thought 6 whole hours of listening to Anderson...... (it has some really funny parts when Anderson impersonates some people)

P.S. I LOVED the Mole too....I think Anderson did have something to do with it!!!!

I sent Aaron a note right after he first started at CNN, and he wrote me back...we exchanged about 8 e-mails over two days, and I had his personal e-mail address. I was so !

Aaron has done some speaking events since leaving CNN, and I suspect he'll go to a cable channel to do documentary work eventually. He doesn't seem to realize how much we miss him...

At the book signing, the crowd consisted mainly of young women and gay men (myself included). Just because he is gay does not mean that he is not flattered by attention from female fans. He was kind and warm to everyone who approached, so the women of the DIS can still love him without regret.
