How is Mark getting on, on his holiday - have you heard?

The tr has already started, firstly because I always want to transfer my photos immediately as I worry something will happen to the memory card and secondly because I couldn't move by behind off the sofa last night

Mark doesn't go on his holiday until June. He was at home this week and I was delighted to come home to a spotlessly clean house with the washing all up to date! I've even quizzed him if he was actually here, but he was and has done a great job looking after himself

We were in rooms 8223 and 8225 this past week and if you stood at the window and looked left, you could see the castle and the fireworks show. Granted, you couldn't see the projections on the castle and it's not exactly a "castle" view because you're really looking right out on the parking lot, but standing correctly at the window, you could see the castle.

Just as a point of reference, if you're looking at the front of HNY's entrance to the lobby, 8223 and 8225 would be to the left all the way at the top.

Yes, that was what we did too. Our room was 7201. I sat a chair facing left at the window and had a perfect view of the castle. When we first got the room I had just glanced out and looked at the car park. It was Abbey who noticed the castle the following evening. I agree, you can't see all the projections, but the whole room lit up at the end when the fireworks were on. An unexpected bonus for me, as I knew we'd never be able to see it every night in the park.
