My cousin painted her room a lime green (no, shes not a DISer, infact *gasp at the thought* she hates Disney. Don't know where I came from in this family of mine, must have been switched at birth or something). Anyways, this green in her room is brighter than the DIS green. It is something to see.

It's my neighbors! They have an isotope green new beetle and it has a black Mickey antenna ball. They are the biggest Disney fans imaginable. They were married on Pirates of the Caribbean in DL. As the husband half of the couple and my husband have been friends for ten years (long before we each bought our houses), we were on the boat with them. It was just too fab.

We had to be very sneaky as it wasn't planned through DL. You can't get married on the ride through them and it's what our friends had always wanted. There were 18 of us on the boat and the officiator had written the ceremony to time correctly with the ride. Sigh. I get very nostalgic thinking about it. It was the first trip my then-BF now DH took together. We're going back in Nov. for the 50th Anniversary and for the POTC 5th wedding anniversary.

I understand that "first thought" philosophy...we cruised last summer with 3 other couples, and about 6 weeks before the cruise I broke my pinky toe really badly....now generally, I wouldn't be too concerned...I've got 9 other toes but, all I could think about was our cruise, and that the first formal night, i had to wear 4" heels with my dress...as it turns out, I just went barefooted, but it's funny how everything seems to revolve around our cruises!
