my SIL did this crap too..her kids went to the 'advanced' public schools...yak, yak, yak, all about how my kids schools were bad due to drug problems(no worse than any others, imo)....okay, so her precious darlings turned into:

1. a 'ho who will sleep with anyone and has.

2. a drug-dealer who almost went to jail for sexting(at 13)

so much for those great schools

i have a friend who does this too but thankfully we live in different towns...when he goes on and on about the errors of the Public School I just nod my head and say 'I am so glad my kids public school is not like that" or "man, I'm glad I am not faced with having to choose another school and PAY for it" that usually shuts him up..

I am happy for him and his kids but Geez it doen't mean his school is superior and even if it was superior, bragging is never becoming on anyone..
