Just talked to my guide before and we got on the waitlist for 50 more points for BCV. 
He said the waitlist is probably a minimuim of 7 months. Of course he couldn't say for sure.
He did say he hasn't heard anything about a price increase and doesn't think there will be one anytime soon. He said the guides definately would have heard about it by now if there was going to be one on 4/1. (This way they would have time to sell more before the price increase takes effect)
Another interesting tidbit, he said that DVC is looking at "grandfathering" in people on the waitlist if there is an increase. That's a not official!!!! It's something they are "looking into" since they haven't really had this many people on waitlists before.
