# and menu options when calling for PS for Cindys

I will be calling for Cindy's breakfast PS starting on 6/21. The number I have is 407-939-3463

When I called today, there was all of these options to go through. Am I calling the right Number? It will take forever to get through these options to get a PS for Cindy. Am I doing it wrong?

no, you are not doing it wrong. it is just what they are doing. just start calling about 2 mins before 7:00am est and just keep hitting redial til you are contacted and in the queue. maybe do a practice call a few times. good luck!!

We just called yesterday morning (and got the 8:10). As soon as there is a pause after the first message....hit your options in order. For us it was 1-2-1-2. I did not wait for each question and as soon as I was done a CM came on the line.

I called today (6/16) at 7:35 am Orlando time. I dialed the toll free number (877) WDW-3732 and then pressed #3 (then #2) I think and was only on hold about 2 minutes. I got a PS for 8:20 am on 9/14. I think thats good, but it's also the first I had ever tried to get a PS for CRT as this is out first visit to WDW. Good Luck!

You might want to do a trial run the night before just to make sure the numbers haven't changed.
