And another Fastpass+ question

Every year we go to Disney we meet my DW's mother and aunt they live in Florida and the last few years we have stayed DVC and they stay at Pop Century and we meet at park entrance go in get our Fastpasses and have a day now with Fastpass + how do we go about it Do I have to reserve my Fastpasses and then tell them all my times and hope they get the same times?

You need to add them to your Family & Friends list, and if they have their own MDE account(s), you need to use the Invite to Plan & Share option to connect with them.

If they have their MDE account(s) already setup and have a room reservation linked to their MDE profile(s), Disney has added an option to the 'Add a Guest' function where you can enter their confirmation number and last name and it will present you with a list of guests on that reservation to add to your Family & Friends list.

Once you are connected via Family & Friends, anyone with the own MDE account can make plans (FP+ selections for example) for everyone. All persons must have park admission linked to MDE in order to make advance FP+ selections.
