Anaheim Islander Inn & Suites??? anybody stayed there??

Hello all,


I am wondering if anyone has stayed at his property? I would love to hear of your opinions on it ..would like to know how close it is to the parks ...walking distance? do they have a shuttle ?
if the rooms are clean and well maintained?

You get what you pay for, and in the case of this hotel, I'm sure you know that it's pretty cheap.

It's quite the walk to the front gates. There is a shuttle, but it is often very packed. All around I disliked this place a lot.

The Islander was dropped out of the AAA guide for a couple years and was put back on at one star a couple years ago after remodeling their rooms. It is a basic older motel with no style. I talked to a couple who said it wasj ust okay but they stayed there when ever they went to Disneyland since it was cheaper. It would be a bit of a walk at the end of the day.
