My DH just found out he is working in the Irvine office for the week. His company is picking up the hotel so the girls and I are tagging along! :cool1:

The only problem is we always stay onsite and his company will not pay for that so I have been narrowing the search and see that The Anaheim Hilton is one they will pay for. Can anyone give me feedback on the hotel, location, and so on. I would SO appreciate it.

Thanks!

We stayed there 2 years ago. They were going through a major remodeling. We walked once and then took ART.
I didn't like paying $12 for parking. The parking garage is huge like the Disneyland parking garage. Other than that it was fine. Nice rooms.

Hope that helps. :D

My in-laws stayed there over the summer. They are extensive travelers and are very picky. They didn't like the Grand Californian because the suites were not big enough (can you imagine) anyways, they were very happy with the Hilton.

HAVE FUN!!

It's nice. The parking fee is high (and DH felt the situation walking through/from/to the parking spots wasn't all that safe...considering he's like a big sumo wrestler and he IS a tai kwon do black belt, it takes quite a bit to make him nervous!), but if the company is paying for it...

It is a bit far away, so you'd want to look into the shuttle or add parking fees to your budget OR just plan for a bit of a walk to and fro!
