Anaheim Gardenwalk - closer to Desert Inn or Paradise Pier Hotel?

Hello,
I am wondering if anyone could tell me whether it would take less time to walk to Anaheim Gardenwalk from Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites or Paradise Pier Hotel? We will be doing a split stay at those hotels this month, and I thought that we could walk to Gardenwalk (we haven't been there before) from whichever hotel is closer.

I believe the Anaheim Desert Inn is closer.

Correct. The Desert Inn is closer to Gardenwalk. You just go straight down Harbor toward Katella and you'll see it on the left. We did the walk several times on our last trip and never found it to be a problem.
