We stayed there last year and I won't do it again. We had stayed there years ago and I remembering it being great, but this trip was different. The rooms are small IMO. There is very little room between the end of the bed and the dresser for example. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but I would guess it's the same as another continental breakfast offered. I have three major complaints, and while I understand they could have happened anywhere, all on one trip was too much for me.
1) when we arrived we asked for a crib to be sent to our room. We were assured they were on their way. After we freshened up we were ready to head to the parks, so I told them at the front desk they had my permission to go in and put it in there while we were gone. We got back late (midnight) that night and there wasn't a crib, but we did have a phone message making sure we were were happy with it. We ended up finally getting one at about 12:30am, which was not great with a tired 2 year old.
2) they were slow in getting the rooms cleaned every day. We came back for naps every day and our rooms were never cleaned. We would take the girls swimming to give them time (we called every day) and it never got done. Then they wanted to do it during naptime even after we told them that wouldn't work. I think our rooms finally got cleaned at about 6pm after the shift change.
3) One day we came back and the maid had left the door to my parent's room wide open. Luckily nothing had been taken, but it could have.
Oh and there isn't a dedicated shuttle for the hotel. The walk isn't that bad though. And on busy days at the park you can walk into the back of the parking lot and catch the tram to the front gates. Just make sure the parking lot is actually being used...something my DH didn't do our first day.
