Well, I went to the specialist this past Friday, the 22nd, and I am now scheduled to have a biopsy done on the 28th (Thursday). He said there is a teency tiny chance I could have a stress fracture that they are not picking up on any of the scans that has become infected (although I have no other signs of having an infection). Thursday morning they are going to put me under, go in, take some tissue (if it is an infection, there will obviously be no tissue to take, so they will clean it out and start my on IV antibiotics), and run it to the lab while I am still under. If he can tell for certain it is a begnin tumor, they will go ahead and remove it. If they still can't tell what it is, they will drill a hole in my bone the size of a half dollar and take the bone/marrow/whatever else they find to the lab to have that analyzed, and then insert a rod into the hole, to keep the bone from collapsing. Then we will have to sit down and discuss treatment options (if they have to take bone, it will most likely be because it is a cancerous tumor).
So needless to say, WW has pretty much gone out the window for me with all the stress. I still am trying to follow the program (had a loss last week of 1.4) and I am weighing in tomorrow, a day earlier than usual, and hope to make my 35 pounds. I will let you all know what happens when I know what happens, but any prayers and pixie dust would be greatly appreciated!

I hope they can identify the problem and that it's something easy to take care of. Sending P&PD your way, and don't worry about WW right now -- you have more important things to worry about.
