An Update on Me!!!!!!!!

Hey gang..........as most of you know I was having all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out on Thursday. All of them were impacted. Anyhoo, everything went well with the surgery and I wasn't sick at all afterwards. I did have pain and discomfort but the pain killer took care of that. but I was not sick to my stomach. Still pretty swollen and in some pain still today but all-in-all I feel pretty good. I even weighed myself yesterday morning (the day after the surgery) and I was down 2.5lbs. I was so excited because I was at a plateau. I know that it's because I could barely eat anything but still it was exciting to have a positive come out of the whole thing. only 1lb. away from that 25lb. clippie. i stayed steady today so we'll see. just wanted everyone to know I will be back on the boards soon. Even though the meds don't make me sick they really knock me out so I am resting most of the day. Talk to you all soon.

Your poor mouth!!! I had my wisdom teeth cut out several years ago, so I know it's not a pleasant experience. Hope you are feeling back to normal, soon!

Congrats on the 2.5 pounds lost!!!! It sure does feel great when you bust through a plateau, doesn't it?? You'll have that 25 lb clippie very soon now!!!!

Way to go, Princess!! I know your family is going to love the changes they see in you at the reunion that's coming up!!! You'll have to give us a full report afterwards!!

Take care of yourself for a few days!! Just rest and try to feel better!

Whoa nilly!! That smarts!! Mine were removed 2 years ago, and that was NASTY!! Glad to hear you are doing well--get your rest and all will be normal again!!

Congratulations on your loss!! Sorry to hear about your pain though! I had my two top wisdom teeth out last year and though I didn't have surgery, the pain I felt before I had them out was incredible! I hope I never have to go through that again!!

I am glad that you are feeling better and that you got a good result on the scale! I lost a few pounds when I was sick...it was not my preferred way to lose the weight but I will stick take it over a gain any day of the week!
