An RV full of folk ...

This may seem like a basic question but I just don't want to run into issues upon arriving at FW after a long journey from NJ. My family of 5, together with my parents and a family friend will be arriving at the Fort together, but only 2 of us will be staying in the motor home. The others will be going with my parents to stay off-site. However, since we are traveling together in the motor home, we'll all be arriving together, eating some dinner at the campsite and then the off-site people will be taking off in the car we are towing.

Will they have an issue with an RV full of people when we register when they only show 2 people on the reservation?

Also, some campsites charge when you have visitors. Does FW? We plan on eating a few meals together at the site.

Any information is truly appreciated.

Have you thought about just adding them all to your reservation? They would all get a key to the world card and they wouldn't have any trouble entering the campground when they wanted to come and see you. It would also entitle them to free parking at all the parks and they could use the internal transportation. I'm not sure if they charge for extra people, but I don't think I've been charged for adding extra people to my campsite reservation. Just an idea.

You can have up to 10 people registered on your site. There are no extra charges (although I think the cabins do have extra charges in some cases but you are in a campsite so that doesn't apply).

There's no harm in registering them as PrincessNana said for the very reason she gave. Also since they are staying off-site, there's no chance of them running into problems with 2 Disney key cards registered to the same guest.
