An open letter on the eve of our departure.

Jim,
You are one of many who come to mind when I think of the kindnesses of the board here. It is like a family here actually, sure there are misunderstandings, etc, but nonetheless, I think most do really care about one another.

I hope you and your family have a wonderful, magical time on your cruise. Looking forward to your write up upon your return.

:D

Love your posts as I find you funny, yet sincere and caring.

Have a MAGICAL trip - and enjoy EVERY SINGLE MINUTE!!!

Jim, What a great letter. Hope you and your family have a wonderful trip. Can't wait to hear all about it.

Hope you all hava a Magical Christmas Cruise!

I was just looking over on the Two Palms site and it is a cool 46 degrees at the port this morning. I read on a thread yesterday that is was only 65 degrees on CC on Friday, BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Well, it's a little after 1pm eastern time on 12-20-03, I guess by now that Jim has already had some shrimp and even some orange mango soup. Have a MAGICal cruise Jim!!!!!

I think it's great to look at the web cams of the Magic KNOWING that we "know" people who are on there!!

I hope all the DISers on board today have a wonderful cruise!!!! :sunny: :boat: :sunny:

It's nearly time to get the Sailaway Party started Jimbo!!!

I guess by now Jim has danced with a few characters and is setting off on a 'magic'al Christmas cruise - no turning back now. I hope the weather gets warmer for everyone.

And now, Jimbo, is on his way!!! Happy Sailing, next stop, Key West.

Hey Jim ~ I caught one picture as you were leaving Port at 5:04 and one going by Two Palms... the picture at Two Palms is the middle to butt end, I mean Aft, the camera wasn't refreshing quickly enough for me at least.. I had to keep clicking on & off the site to get it to refresh and there you were on the last click!! Andy captured a better picture.

Have FUN!!

Jeanny,

What I try to do is wait for the ship to be in the center of the frame then quickly click on where it says, if your browser doesn't accept Java, then I capture that shot.

Try to practice on some other ships that go by, that's what I did, the old saying is so true, "Practice makes Perfect!!!"

the clock was stuck on 17:25 and wouldn't refresh, so I had to click off the site entirely and then back into the Java.. when I finally was able to see the ship, it had already started by... usually I can get it coming into view, in the center and at the end... but the clock just didn't want to move tonight......but at least I was able to get the end of the ship.

Hey, the end(aft) is better than nothing, LOL!!! I had to refresh a few times myself tonight, I usually refresh about every two minutes, just to be safe.
