Just thought I'd share this as it made me laugh

So I was trying to explain to the MIL about the ADR as it's not too far off our 180 day window and I wanted to give them some say in the plans.

In they end as they haven't been to the Orlando Area for 20 years plus they said they would let me choose as I knew it best.

So then I asked was there any types of food that they didn't like meaning (for example - I don't like Chinese food or Italian food) my MIL answer was "I don't like offal"

Okay I don't like offal as well, but what kind of restaurant would sell only offal, especially in Disney - Mickey's Offal Kingdom? :scratchinSo I responded "I'll see what I can Do".

To be fair it was probably my own fault as I was going on about how much selection they have. As you could have a Norwegian food for breakfast followed by Boa Buns for Lunch topped up with a Burger next to a T-rex for Tea (Northern English Term for Dinner)

Well at least I can book my ADRs safe in the knowledge that I won't book us anyway on our trip with an exclusively Offal menu.

Actually I don't think (and correct me if I'm wrong) they even sell offal on Disney property or even in the whole of the Orlando area.

I didn't even know what you were talking about. I had to google offal. I thought you meant she didn't want to go to an awful restaurant. That made sense to me. :)

Hmmm... somebody, somewhere probably sells foie gras, pate, liver and onions, steak and kidney pie, tripe/menudo, or beef heart. I guess it depends on the limitations/definition of offal, but it could include liver, kidney, tripe, heart, sweetbreads, brain. We lived with a grad student from Peru who made delicious beef heart about once a month; it was a traditional favorite in her home and she was so happy she could get beef heart in Michigan!

The closest to actual Offal I saw was in the charcuterie selections at Signature TS restaurants including sweetbreads and varying livers but nothing you could order standalone, and Foie Gras at STK which has since been removed from the menu.

Search as I might, I couldn't find scrapple on any menu at WDW. Yes, seriously. I have a relative who loves the stuff and considers himself a scrapple connoisseur. Personally, I can't stand it, even though it's common here in Pennsylvania to be served for breakfast or lunch.
