An off-site hotel/resort with a GREAT pool?

Hi folks,
My two little girls (6 and 4) have decided to take a short three-night trip to WDW over Labor Day weekend while Daddy is away on a fishing trip. We LOVE staying onsite, but I'm trying to keep this little trip cheap. We're using miles for flights and will spend only one day at Magic Kingdom. The other days we'd love to spend at a fabulous pool, one with maybe a lazy river or splash pad sort of setup.

Any suggestions? Inexpensive but a great pool?

Coco Key has a waterpark as part of the hotel. Don't know if they have a lazy river. You can sometimes get a Groupon for this hotel.

We just got back from a week at the Hilton Parc Soleil resort, our current favorite. They have a huge zero entry pool with a fantastic slide (pictured). There is also a quiet adult infinity pool on the side of the resort. Fantastic resort.
