I just wanted to add that this interview was written by the DIS's own SimonV, moderator of the Sea World, UK Trip Planning and Orlando Hotels and Attractions boards! As Pete Werner says, this interview shows us clearly why Simon is at the top of his profession. It is a compelling and insightful interview.
