An Excursions at Disney?

We have been to disney for fifteen years. Now that the kids are from 15 to 25 years old.We are done doing the parks for ten days. I'm wondering if there are any fun excursions or activities to do.

Outside of WDW--Gatorland or an airboat tour

The tours have been very enjoyable. I especially liked the Steam Train Tour.

I really enjoyed the "Around the World at Epcot" segway tour when I tried it last year.
Next time, I want to try the "Wilderness Back Trail Adventure" segway tour at Fort Wilderness Resort.
