An Disney Y.E.S. Package Vets????

I teach in a High School and I’m senior sponsor this year. The Seniors want to visit Disney for their senior trip. It’s during Spring Break so time is ticking. Anyway, I have to put together a proposal that needs the school board approval. I have contracts (for hotel accommodations, tickets, and transportation) and I registered and downloaded information from the disneyyouthgroups.com website. We are going under the Disney Youth Group Program. I was hoping that a DisVet may have a package already put together (old or new) that I can cross reference. I just want to see another school or organizations package information to make sure I have everything needed for a board presentation.
