An app to pay tolls

There was a story on the local (Orlando) news tonight that they are testing an app that anyone will be able to download and pay tolls. It's still being tested but it may be an easy solution to people traveling to the port. There will be a fee on top of the tolls but less expensive than what some car rental companies charge.
