An adult only cruise line

No, there isn't.

Transatlantic and Panama Canal cruises come close though...more like 200-400 kids on board vs. 800+ This is due to the fact that the cruises are while school is in session and they're 11-14 day cruises.

Disney does a pretty good job of keeping adult areas 'adult only.' There is an adult only pool/hot tubs, Cove Cafe, the gym, spa, some clubs, and an adult only upcharge restaurant (or 2 depending upon the ship). A couple of the clubs are family friendly until 9PM and then they're adult only; there is 1 on the Magic/Wonder that is adult only all day. There are also adult only activities during the day...but I saw mixed results on our cruise...they turned away 10 yr old boys from the 'anyone can cook' series (likely due to the wine samples going to everyone), but the adult only napkin folding class immediately after had a 3 yr old girl at it... And Adult only is anyone 18 and older.
