An add on question

If I add on to my SSR points now (I have a June use year) at the $91 per pt adding approximatly 50 pts does anyone know if I will get the 2006 points? or do I have to wait until June of '07 before I get them?

I will call my guide sometime this week but as of right now I have no voice!

Yes, you would get points from the current (06) Use Year and would usually be allowed to bank them if desired.

If you purchase 115 points as an add-on you can also get the $86 price.

I'm not sure this is correct - I was told by my guide that SSR contracts do not include current yr points right now. Perhaps she was mistaken, or I phrased the Q incorrectly, but I definitely asked this very thing and was told they are NOT giving current yr points on SSR right now. I also asked about HHI, and was told I WOULD get current yr points with that add-on.

Please be sure to double-check, though. My guide has been helpful overall, but was wrong on another technical issue previously.

That's a good reminder that each situation may be a little different and will affect the real answer.

If DVC has no points remaining in your Use Year, there will be no current points available. With new purchases at this time, there are no current points and that can also apply to some Use Years and it does apply to the $86 incentive promotion.

As always, be sure to get a full explanation from your DVC guide based on the specifics of your own situation.
