Well at long last I had a loss on the scale, I was down exactly four pounds. So I am very happy and relieved. I have not had a loss since March 13th. So I got the two pounds that mysteriously came on March 20th plus two more. I really hope that this means things are leveled off and that from here on out, if I behave I'll at least lose a pound or so most weeks and that I never have a six week long plateau again! On the postive side, I am proud that in spite of feeling very worried, upset, mad, etc, I didn't throw in the towel and just give up.
So I am cautiously hopeful that I will make my goal of 25 pounds by the day we leave (7 weeks from today I might add) for WDW. I am at 14.2 so that would be just a hair under 10 pounds in seven weeks. I was about to change my goal but now I think I'll see what happens over the next few weeks. Hopefully I am not going to start the whole plateau nightmare again!
Dan and I are going out tonight. I plan to have two Coors Lights and split an order of chicken nachos with him. If I ask them to, they always put extra romaine lettuce on them and if we split the order its not too bad. Here is food for today:
Breakfast: 2 oz of turkey, 1 cup grapes 3
Lunch: Sandwich made with ww diet bread and turkey with swiss: 4
Snack: 2 points bar: 2
Snack: two Clementiine tangerines: 1
Dinner: (guestimate) Nachos: 15, Beer: 6
Total: 31
That is 3 flex points used.
Tomorrow its supposed to rain which is better than the 20" of snow we had last weekend! I plan to work out in the morning, watch the Nuggets hopefully beat New Orleans, then take dd to see Hannah Montanna. I"ll need to beware of popcorn demons. Dh is going to smoke a turkey breast so we can have that for dinner and maybe some sweet potato oven fries and a salad. Then Sunday its still supposed to be rainy so I think we'll all go see 17 Again and maybe I'll make a big Taco Salad, that is currently everyone's favorite meal around here and its got a ton of veggies and fiber and low on points. I have this planned out, now I need to stick with it!
Oh, I also left a decade behind, I am out of the 230's (barely but still out). Which means I now get 28 points instead of 29. I hope to never see "23" at the beginning of my 3 digit scale number again.
