Thanks Amy, I needed that! I know I shouldn't compare but sometimes its so hard! My ww meetings are very inspiring. But I think ever since my kids have been home for summer (dd is back in school, ds isn't) I haven't been doing as well with meeting attendance and food. Vacation, more snacks in the house, less time to do what I need to do for me, and then trying to get us all to my WW meetings by 9:00 a.m. when they want to sleep in or whatever is making it so much harder! But you are right, I can do this. I once lost 33 pounds but didn't keep it off. I was okay for the first six months then it was like torture to keep up with the program and I ultimately bagged it, gained it all back plus another 20 pounds. I am at that point now, six months in and just tired of it all. The desire to go back to my old life of eating what I wanted is starting to creep back in. But my desire not to is still greater, I just need to run with that!
