Does anyone know how long it takes to get from the train station to POFQ? And the best way to get there? It will be 4 adults.

I'm not sure exactly how long it will take--approximately 40 minutes. is my guess--but you'll have to either rent a car, take a taxi or rideshare, or reserve a car service. There's probably a way to take a public bus, but you wouldn't be able to bring your luggage and it'd take something like forever.

I've assumed you mean the Orlando Amtrak station.

If you get a car service, you can usually get a grocery stop along with it, which we always do.

Thanks for the info! It's actually my parents and aunt and uncle. We are staying at Fort Wilderness, they are staying at FQ. Just trying to make plans for that day

Assuming they are arriving at the Orlando Station (ORL)? This station is located in Downtown Orlando which is about 30-40 min north of WDW property (as mentioned by a pp), this of course is contingent on traffic levels..
