Amtrak to Pop

We're arriving at Kissimmee Amtrak and need transportation to Pop. We're trying to maintain our budget, not sure if Mears or Tiffany towncar is in our budget has anyone has any experience with taxi service? Cost?

I read a post where somebody got a cab for $21 from Amtrak to ASM including the tip. It should be about the same to POP. The fares aren't regulated arond Orlando so ask before you get in, or just offer $20. It's only about 13 miles.
