Amtrak on Strike

I thought I heard while driving around in the car that Amtrak workers might be going on strike. Has anyone else heard this? And if they do, what happens to your ticket if they are on strike during your planned trip? Can you get a refund?

I am keeping my eye on it because I am leaving by train to Baltimore on the 9th for my yearly "girls" weekend with my friends....I need my yearly vacation away from being a wife and mother so I really hope they figure out what is going on and it doesn't mess with my trip.
