I know you guys are talking about transportation services, but I wanted to add the we are getting a rental car. Initially, I had reserved a minivan with Hertz for $117. I found a code for Budget on the cruise board and got a minivan for $67. This is a one way, one day rental, dropping off in Cape Canaveral.

It does include one appetizer and one dessert per person at dinner, however, it doesn't include any alcoholic beverages. You have to pay for those.

Yes, you're correct--the gratuity is not included. And tipping the Amtrak employee who services your roomette is a nice thing to do, too.
