[Disney Obsession]

Are kids allowed on the amphicars? I also see that the website says 3 passengers. Are 4 passengers possible if two of them are small children? Any reservations necessary or possible in advance? Thanks for any advice!

I think every one needs to be set belted in is why they say 3 people.
