That happened to me last night - AND IT WAS AFTER MIDNIGHT!!
Ok, so I just went back to try and watch it in broad daylight. I was pretty far into it. Then the mom was walking with a laundry basket and went by a little girl sitting on a chair. I don't know what I saw, but I freaked and closed it. Maybe I'll try again later. Why do I torture myself??

Now my 18 year old DD goes to the house with her boyfriend and does the exact same thing. What a family we are!

six bedroom Colonial with a swimming pool and its own boathouse, located in the Long Island community of Amityville. The purchase price was reportedly eighty-thousand dollars

I have no idea what the actual address is, but the house looks entirely different now anyway. I think the new owners got rid of those distinctive windows....Anthony1971 said:I lived in NY most of my life (now in NJ) i spent many hours driving through Amityville years ago.
where is the house if you still remeber?
i still think about it and wonder if we ever found the right one
or was it the beer??![]()
I get chills just thinking about that night. The father of the girl whose house it was, was a cop and went running after the guys trying to break in. Never caught them.
