Vanessa, my first grass purchase, and I'm not sure what to do with it. ;)

I bought Little Bunny Grass last summer, it's in a container, and I'm wondering if I should give it a trim or not? I just left it last fall and haven't spied any new growth yet....what do you think?

:)

Yup, time for a haircut...give it a good buzz and it'll be happy, happy!

I cut mine down early this spring because the large ones were making such a mess in the yard.

I don't know what the grass queen will tell you, but I give my grass a haircut in the spring. I trim it 2-3 inches from the ground depending on the grass. Some of mine are already starting to grow other are not. It been a tough winter for plants, I'm hoping for the best but it look like a lot of plants did not make it.

Me too Mamu,
I gave some of my grasses a cut to the ground about a month ago and they are all green now. The ones I didn't get too haven't sprouted yet. They all need haircuts in the spring and a cleaning of the dead stuff or they will sprout from the sides (ugly) or not at all. I asked the landscaper the same question a few years ago and that's what he told me. It's worked so far.
