AMEX White glove discounts

I had a earlier post asking what the true discount was utilizing the AMEX card for the Hop dee doo musical review and I was told 10% by some members and 10% by Disney while AMEX says 20%. Which is it ?? Please look at this link below and tell me if its legitimate
