Amex Gift Checques on DCL?

My husband recently completed a huge project in work. They thanked him by awarding him $250 worth of Amex Gift Checques.

While I'm pretty sure you can't use them on the ship, can I go to Guest Services & have them applied as an onboard credit?

Yes you can or you can use them to pay off your bill at the end.
