AMEX Gift Cards

Called DVC Member services today to purchase park tickets. Was told that I was unable to use American Express gift cards. Not sure I understand as they work just like a credit card.. Did I get a mis informed cast member?

I would call back just to be sure. But, if you are still told “no,” is it possible for you to use them to purchase Disney gift cards at your local Walmart, Target, grocery store, etc.?

Why even mention they are gift cards, just say amex and give them the number..

I call bs I have been using prepaid credit cards with out a problem for years
