At wdwig, it says the Amex White Glove program includes a free dessert at Jiko (with entree purchase). How do you get this? Do you have to mention when you make the reservation? We stayed at the campground last year and got the Amex discounts on tours, but we never had any proof we were getting the discount to show to a restaurant.
