The rest of us have already voted . 8 for the Prince, 1 for Grasso and 1 for Studio One.

Jackie sang like an angel but other people will vote for her. I am afraid that she will beat Price Poppycock if she sings like that next week.

I really don't want Jackie to win. Is she talented...yes. However she does not have enough training to be considered an opera singer. Heck the song she sang tonight is not opera. It's an Andrew Lloyd Weber piece and very contemporary. She does not connect with the audience. She always looks down or has her eyes closed. She is too young to sing like this. She needs more time and more training.

I am voting for Poppycock and Michael Grimm. And hope it comes down to those two in the finals. I would buy any albums they put out. Jackie...maybe in 10 years.

I'd be perfectly happy if there were no singers in the finals. There are so many shows where singers can show off their talent. I've greatly enjoyed the "variety" acts this season. My top 4:

Fighting Gravity
Michael Grasso
Studio One
Jeremy (I love the fact that he has made it this far even though I know he stands no chance of winning.)

If I had to pick 1 singer - Prince Poppycock gets my vote!

4. *sigh* Jackie. Beautiful voice...but despite the appearances I have a feeling she's been over managed and pushed out there too soon. I hope they are protecting her voice...very young to be singing an hour a day, and hitting notes like that regularly. She's already put out an album that debuted on billboard and has performed all over the world. I want to see her in 10 years when she's matured and allowed her voice to grow naturally. She IS angelic.
5. WISH Jeremy would get his chance to perform in the finals. Love that kid. So much heart.
6. Grimm...i felt the performance was good but a little outdated. I'll admit he has so much character though and a sadness about him that makes want to vote for him LOL.

I really wish it were a top 5 and then I'd stick Jeremy in there. No he wouldn't win but he is just so full of sincerity and heart and he really is impressive and alot of fun to watch. Studio One is a talented group but I just don't find dance troupes interesting....something about them (dance troupes in general) seems self-indulgent (if I may channel Simon Cowell for a moment).

I think it might be the "back story" behind them: kids from the gang infested, drug ridden neighborhoods of Orlando do good.

No no. Not Studio One specifically. ALL dance troupes. I don't know why, but they all seem very self-important to me.

If you go to youtube, you will see tons of videos on Jackie. This isn't just some kid who decided to audition. Heck, she has already sang with David Foster!! So I can't understand the reason she is on this show, as she has had tons of professional experience, and has performed in tons of venues. I'd rather see one of the others win. (it's almost like that Charice, they did this whole Oprah discovered her thing, and actually Ellen had on her way before Oprah, but they did this whole thing on Oprah, but when you research her and look at the youtube videos, she was already being professional groomed by David Foster)

Grasso did not impress me but if your comments are a true sampling of the votes, looks like he may go thru.... if it were up to me alone, my top 4:

1. Prince Poppycock (I think he should win the whole thing since nothing says VEGAS like he does!!)

2. Jackie Evancho--how can you not be impressed?!?!

3. Fighting Gravity--again very Vegas-y. I wasn't crazy about last night's performance, but the props were cool and they are amazing.

4. Michael Grimm/Jeremy--Jeremy is more of a Vegas act, but I don't see him going farther. I wouldn't go to see Grimm in Vegas, but I would buy his record.


I wouldn't mind seeing Studio 1 go thru---hard working kids with some great skill!

At this stage, I believe Jackie has the edge. My personal favorites are Poppycock, Michael Grimm and Jeremy Vonschoonhoven.

I was a little disappointed in Michael and Poppycock last night. I think, song selection may have been the problem. Jackie was amazing and looked like an angel. Jeremy has more heart and determination than any contestant I've seen. What he does is complicated and not fully appreciated.

I'm not confident my favs will make it through, but hope they all make loads of money.
