I think the only 4 girls I care about are Siobhan, Crystal, Katie and Katelyn. I think they all have potential. Out of the other 4, any of them can go home.

I think I had a different soundtrack coming through my tv than what the judges heard.

Crystal Bowersox, to me, was the only real contender. I love the voice of the 17 yr brownhaired girl - Katelyn? - but otherwise her performances don't do much for me.

Another lackluster night? Probably. here we go:

Katie Stevens: "Breakaway"...Her voice sounds supr flat tonight, particularly in the beginning of the song. There was a monotone quality to it. The back end of the song was not super either. She will likely make it through this week.

Siobhan Magnus: "House of the Rising Sun"... Well this is a great song, but can she do it justice? It was actually a very beautiful rendition! Color me surprised. Wouldn't call it necessarily unique or super specail, but it was very pretty. Another one who will make it through.

Lacey Brown: "The Story"... She is just weird for me. Her voice is definitely unique, but it's not really an attractive singing voice. There is a 10,000 maniacs vibe to her. But I'm not feeling this song. Three weeks of nothing special. Arg. That said, she'll probably go through.

Kately Epperly: "I Feel the Earth Move"... For starters, I HATE this song. She isn't doing a dang thing with the song to make me sit up and take notice. Shocker. Oh heck this thing ended bizarre! She may be in trouble.

Didi Benami: "Rhiannon"...I HATE Fleetwood Mac, but this is another very pretty rendition. Boring, but pretty and in tune. Another one who is safe this week.

Paige Miles: "Smile"... So someone tell me why all these girls are picking the world's most boring song tonight? I just want to punch them! AND she's chewing on the mic and popping all her "P"'s. Seriously, she sounds like she should be in a slinky red dress sprawled on top of a baby grand in a vegas lounge somewhere. A-yuck. she may be in trouble too tonight.

Crystal Bowersox: "Gimme One Reason"...Another boring entry, and from another artist I detest. But Crystal is (once more) head and shoulders above the rest. She'll be headlining the Lillith Fair before we know it. She's safe here. BTW, admit it...you know she doesn't shave her armpits.

Lilly Allen: "I Fall To Pieces"... Holy hand grenades this is the mother of all corny songs! This is just no good. Weird. Uncomfortable. Not sure she's safe.

So was it just my imagination or was this THE most boring an uninspired night of Idol EVER??
