I am going to go out on a limb and say that 4 was one of the best Star Trek movies. I have found that if it's directed by one of the actors they tend to be better. 4 and First Contact I think are two of the best.

Wasn't crazy about the song Lee sang, but I still love his voice.

I enjoyed Big Mike's song, I'm still a fan, but it's time for him to go home tonight.

Wasn't thrilled with Casey's song choice, I think he should have picked something more upbeat, but still love his voice.

Crystal did too much screeching.

Since the beginning I've been hoping for Casey, Lee and Crystal as the top 3 so hope that happens tonight.

Loved both of the duets, I thought they were great, better than all the solos.

Wish we had met under better circumstances...

I agree, a boring season and subsequently a BORING thread. I used to leave this thread and there would be 15 pages of discussion AFTER I went to bed. This year, maybe ONE page...

This year is basically passionless. You can like a singer but do you have PASSION for him??? Not one of the current people have become a signature pic this year.... that speaks VOLUMES of the lack of passion.

My only passion today is my hope that Mike goes home tonight. He has turned me off since Hollywood week and it gets worse every week. Just something about him... ugh.

The rest are just ....alright. Crystal's good but she's just okay to me. Lee is some people's type, but he sounds so familiar and has no stage presence so I cannot bear to watch him perform. Casey is just okay, too, though I had lofty ideals about him from the beginning, now not so much.

I think it will be a Lee/Crystal finale, that seems to be the way they want it. Males won the past two years so they may feel that it's time for a woman to win. Who knows?

Regardless, I will be mostly and I predict that not only will they have disappointing ratings this year (worse since Season 2) but disappointing tour ticket sales.

AI really blew it this year.

Just watched on DVR and what a total snoozefest. Of all the great songs from movies they picked the most boring ones ever

I did like Lee and Crystal's duet and I'm hoping that they will be the final two, but I worry after Lee's solo that he'll be voted off.

I'm going to have to go back and listen to Lee and Crystal's duet again. I have headache/vision problems (funky condition - Pseudotumor cerebri) , anyway - when the camera spins around them like that it makes me sick. I skipped most of it. It sounds like I missed the best part of the night.

I remember getting the tickets for Season 2 for FREE while working a contract job at Fox. Sold them on Ebay for $600!!!

I don't think I could GIVE this season's away...

last year was the first year in a while that i didn't vote for the most part. i only voted once, and it was for the finale, i obviously voted for Kris....luckily that paid off lol.

this year i voted for Tim a few times...but that was it. no one has been worth my while in the past 2 years, really.

It's being drilled into my head at work "Vote for Big Mike" "St. Pete Loves Big Mike" but after this week, he won't get another vote from me. I had to give my whole marketing department a lesson on American Idol and Dial Idol.
