Ratings are at all time low. Survivor beat them Weds nite, they're actually losing ratings weekly. Last night's fiasco certainly didn't help, Facebook was lit up about Jlo's performance.

I actually felt embarrassed for her.

Exactly how I feel. Wake me when we get down to the three finalists. If Caleb or Alex are not there, I'm going back to sleep.

Last night someone said, "and one of them will be a finalist in May".

And I went, " May!?!?". The realization hit hard that there's over a month left of this. Not a good sign.

I am so not into this season which stinks because I'm really happy with the choice of judges. I just don't think the talent is that great this year.

Yes, the peanut allergy world was all up in arms about him joking about putting peanuts in Alex's food the night before.

CJ's performance was BY FAR the worst this week. Sang sharp through the whole tune. MK should not have been the bottom one. Did everyone hear the chant "Save her?"

He didn't mess up his song though. And MK has pretty consistently been at or near the bottom every week save for one. It was her time to go.

LOL, that year of Minaj was crazy, for sure! but we weren't bored!!!!

Only one bored that year was Mariah. She clearly had zero interest in being there, and not just because of Nikki.

We pretty much agree in our house that this year has great judges, but at best mediocre talent on stage.

Loved seeing Pia, Allyson and Jessica, though, and they sounded great! The beginning was cute, except the fake loving on the contestants part... seriously?

I don't see them making up for the ratings anytime this year. They've truly blown it. They're paying Jlo and Ryan 30 MILLION dollars for their appearances this year (what the ???) and they paid another boatload of money for that new stage. Advertising wise they will have the poor stations giving away free spots for a YEAR (a NIGHTMARE in my business) for losing more than a quarter of their viewing audience... and losing more every week.

It's pretty sad when I look forward to being more entertained by what Harry and Keith have to say and how they joke around with each other than the actual "talent."

This is so true love all the extra stuff they are doing this year with the judges and contestants more the singing.

....I kinda did too....the only problem I had with it was, that particular song should have been sung by someone a bit younger than her....those booty-short days are OVER.

I watched the auditions, but have not seen the live shows. First time in how many seasons? DVR only records two shows, and AI is 3rd or 4th in the priority list.

I do like the judges, but none of the contestants grabbed my attention.

Someone on FB said she's closer to FIFTY than she is to TWENTY so it's time to retire those shorts.. No offense, I remember when I retired mine, we all have to know what DAY it is!

Love myself some Jimmy! I died laughing when I found out we had the same birthday and were both born in Brooklyn. My son always said "he sounds like YOU!"

They should do an all star season for those who got booted or never quite made it to the stage or won. America should vote on the top 20 contestants they'd like to see and make a season of it.
