Okay, so a little off topic of this season but I do have a question from last season with Joshua Ledet. I'm a big fan of his and have been watching some youtube videos of his. I came across this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CvbZs0M23lM and he was talking about his "group round" and mentioned a girl named Amber. I don't know if this has already been talked about and if so, just ignore me. But is this the same Amber that is on this season? Sure looks like her. I also saw another one of Josh's group weeks where Curtis Finch Jr was in his group too (Blue Suede Shoes).

My mom and I were talking about him during the show, and we thought of the word "deflated" to describe him. Hard to watch, and I'm glad that now he can be out from under that stress/pressure and get ready for the tour, which I assume is has more of a "the pressure is off" feel to it. Still hard work, but no competiton factor. So he succeeded, but now can move on.

deflated fits perfectly with what I was getting from him. I just couldn't think of a good word.

Fantasia and Clay Aiken...

I always liked Clay..I was so torn that season because I liked both of the finalist. I think this year is going to be the same if it comes down to Kree and Candice.

Fantasia is more of a character in the R&B world, she has so much DRAMA in her life it outshines anything she does musically. She has a reality show, appropriately called "Fantasia FOR REAL", never saw it, her drama makes ME TIRED.

I could see Fantasia on one of the Real Housewife shows..she'd be perfect with all the drama.

That's what I was thinking. Ugh, I hate that show. This year they need to have an "Idol Gives Back Ad Money to all of it's Advertisers" show! Their ratings have been abysmal.

I never watched Idol the first few years, I was always working nights and didn't know it even existed. I started watching I believe the year before adam lambert.
Did you go to the Rueben, Clay concert tour a couple of yrs ago? They were great together!

I agree but they didn't give us an option for 3 finalists! I actually wouldn't have minded if Amber left before LAZARO!

Honestly, 2 and 3 could be either or. I don't think anyone can beat Kree. She's been in the top 2 or 3 consistently. The judges have never given her a negative review. Her fanbase is just too big and will grow even larger once Janelle is sent home.

Consistency is not the key to winning in AI. One bad night can drop you out. On the other hand one GOOD night can catapult you to the top! I love Kree's voice but somewhat agree with Jimmy about coming out with her personality. I'd like to see her blow us away, not just walk away saying "how nice".

I enjoy them but I need variety. Tomorrow night the line up so far is Dolly, Celine, Mariah, Beyonce for divas. Barbara, Pretenders, Paula Abdul, Vince Gill and Black Crowes for birth year.
