American Idol Season 12 Official Thread

We didn't watch that season, so I had no idea what to expect that night she came back. I just have to assume she wasn't that terrible ALL the time

You didn't miss much if I remember correctly, that was a pretty bad season.

So here's the ultimate question...if the save is no longer in use....what are they going to do with the extra week now?

So Lazaro went bye bye this week? I won't say good because I do feel he can sing, but he was out performed week after week.

I really think he has zero self confidence and each week that he got told he was bad knocked him down a peg so he lost any confidence he did have at the start. You could tell that he just was so down when he was singing.

My mom and I were talking about him during the show, and we thought of the word "deflated" to describe him. Hard to watch, and I'm glad that now he can be out from under that stress/pressure and get ready for the tour, which I assume is has more of a "the pressure is off" feel to it. Still hard work, but no competiton factor. So he succeeded, but now can move on.

Fantasia is more of a character in the R&B world, she has so much DRAMA in her life it outshines anything she does musically. She has a reality show, appropriately called "Fantasia FOR REAL", never saw it, her drama makes ME TIRED.

In the past when they used the save the following week they voted two off so there was no extra week anyplace- at least that is how i remember it going.
