American Idol: Season 11 OFFICIAL thread!

Kat was on during a bad season..I voted for her because there was really no one else worth voting for. I get a chuckle out of the commercial for Smash when they say "and introducing Katherine McPhee". She was on Idol and she's done other things, even released an album if I'm not mistaken, and they are introducing her? I think she has a good voice and I'll check out the show to see how it goes.

Bad season? That was one of my favorites...the one with Chris Daughtry! I liked Katherine McPhee a lot. On this new SMash show I thought they were "introducing" the blonde?

yeah, but he got voted out WAAAY too early. I liked her voice but if Chris D was still on there at the end there was no way I would have voted for her.

I didn't vote for her either even after Daughtry got the booted. I voted for Taylor Hicks...

I realized I don't even know what days the show is on. If it's Tuesdays, I will be missing out because I have dance class.


All you Kat McPhee fans (Robin? ) Did anyone see the previews for the new show Smash featuring her? Thoughts? I didn't watch the season she was on.

I plan to watch AI this season! Well, at least on the nights that I don't work and am not too busy with school. I caught the last few shows of the X-Factor and enjoyed it. Also....the American Idol Experience is one of my favorite attractions at WDW.

I'm along for the American Idol crazy train! Love this show and love the judges. Can't wait to see what weird and wonderful things creep out of the woodwork. And the one young guy from the commercial ("keep singing") kind of reminds me of Jon Bon Jovi.
