Why aren't they doing this at the Kodak Theater anymore? They did for a couple years then went back to this place or a place like they had before.

Its under construction for Cirque de soli or however you spell it.

Interesting! Are they not having the Oscars there this year? Or was it just when this filming took place. I know they are under contract for the Oscars.

i don't care for him at all.....and the screeching doesn't help, either.

i just get really annoyed at the people who go and "spy" on the other contestants. you should feel comfortable and confident in what you're doing and not worry about anyone else!

I used to watch Canadian Idol (since I am near the Canadian border). IMO, this was a GREAT group performance. The girl also tried out for AI. She was the one that Simon told "you're not as good as you THINK you are" or something like that...

Congrats! I live in Waterbury, just 20 miles down the interstate. She didn't want to go somewhere warm??? It's a beautiful campus though, and a good school.

Not really on the warmer, LOL. She sort of likes it cooler. She did apply to U.N.C. @ Chapel Hill but only to see if she can get in to it.

She applied to 6 schools, we've heard from 3 so far. Buffalo State (this one was because Dad made her), The Ohio State and now Vermont. Waiting on U.N.C, Syracuse and R.I.T. in Rochester.

i can't believe that girl just gave up. you made it ALL THE WAY to Hollywood....you made it past the first round....and then you up and quit without even singing again.


at least they don't make the contestants go up on stage and tell the judges they quit like they do with SYTYCD. i hated that....Nigel was always so nasty to the people when they did that.

They cancelled it last year...can you believe it? CI was much more diverse than AI. I loved it.

I agree..just worry about yourself and don't be caring what others do.

We used to get it, I watched it when it was on. Do they even do Canadian Idol anymore?
