I spent the better part of the morning fooling around with the AG website. Crazy. Finally, I called the 800 number. Got through, but they hung up on me. Called back three more times, finally got put into the queue (sp?), and the rep came on the line and took my order. When she asked me for the first item number, I said "I'd love to tell you, but the screen finally timed out and I can't get back on, so I have no clue what the item number is!". I described what I wanted, she found them, and placed the order (yay!!). She said they got tons of really angry calls about their website today.
