American Girl question - buy now or wait?

Hi everyone! I was hoping someone had some input on traditional American Girl doll Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales. I need a Saige Doll and a matching girls dress and a few other Saige related items. Should I buy now and take advantage of the free shipping or wait and see what deals come out?

Saige is also the girl of the year which means when they releases the new girl of the year in January sauce will no longer be available (I'm sure through eBay but not through American girl)

Saige is no longer on back order. I ordered her last night and she has already shipped.

I would not wait to order her or her items though. I saw she is for sale on Amazon for $159 already. If she is a MUST, get her while you can on the AG site with free shipping. Her price will only go up when you can't get her through AG. She will not go on sale.

Saige and all of her items could go permanently out of stock at any time. By this time of year, many years at least some of the Girl of the Year stuff is no longer available. When Kanani was the girl of the year, her stuff started selling out in early October. Saige and her things will not go on sale. If Saige is important, get her now, because she might not be there tomorrow. I would definitely not wait until after Thanksgiving when the shopping rush starts. When the Girl of the Year stuff sells out you will find it for absolutely ridiculous prices on EBAY from people taking advantage of parents who waited too late and now are frantically looking for the one item on the top of their child's Christmas list. Lanie's year, her camper was selling on EBAY for $1000 before Christmas and people were actually buying it at that price!!! It was really tempting to sell the one I had put away for DD. Good thing I didn't because she still loves that thing!

I really do not think any of the Saige Items will be on the Cyber Monday Sale... its usually older stuff.... You never know though!!! I ordered my daughter something already from AG and its BackOrdered already!!! I hope it magically comes early!!! I used the free shipping code last week and got two orders places and I am very happy with my purchases!

I will look at the Cyber Monday Sale and may order but I don't bank on it!
