Do they make AG plates, Napkins and cups?

We looked everywhere for them for my DD's birthday last week. As far as we found they do not exist. We bought a American Girl flower making craft set from Michaels. We made a floral garland and centerpiece and then used solid colored paper goods in different coordinating colors. (pink napkins, purple table cloth, green plates.) We made a construction paper banner that said Happy Birthday to Our American Girl. It looked really cute and was the best we could come up with. Hope this helps out!!

American Girl used to make very expensive birthday party kits. My daughter had an AG party two years ago when she turned 7---but only because I got the $200 kit for around $50 - they were on clearance at the time. I haven't seen any kits since. Hers was a luau/tropical themed one. They had paper lanterns, flower lei kits for the girls and dolls, cups/plates/napkins/silverware for the girls and dolls, along with a treasure hunt game. I imagine you could recreate something similar with whatever theme you choose and try to incorporate a smaller version of a craft for kids to give their dolls. Maybe make some "mini" cupcakes for girls to serve their dolls, etc.

Since they used to make them, I would check ebay. You may have luck finding something there or try etsy. Someone may have made an American girl something on there!

The ones I've seen came with the party kits mentioned above. There was a tropical kit, a spa kit, a sleepover kit, and a mystery kit

DD has done the tropical party a couple of times. (the up side to moving and having a whole new set of friends) The matching girl & doll size plates, cups, sporks, favors, etc. are very cute!

I wonder why they don't offer girl/doll party supplies ala carte? Seems like a good marketing niche for them.

I think e-bay might be your best bet. Unfortunately I'm afraid at this point you might only be able to fine bits and pieces here and there, so it could be pricey to put together a whole party.

At Micheal's I noticed a ton of AG stuff not sure if they were plates etc but check it out!

I would just do black, white, and pink like the cafe. That would be really cute. There is also a great cake of Kit's Treehouse that a lady made. It would be really cool if you could replicate. There is a pic posted on agplaythings.

I think this would be very cute,also I don't know if you would want to recreate the cake from the cafe , its very simple square cake they decorate like a present, or the Molly's garden cups would be cute too!
